Captain Tom Moore, Executuve Director of the New Hope Center, an organization that works with children with disabilities and Captain Mike Moore have been doing charters with individuals with diabilites for 10 years. Over the years we have learned different techniques from disabled anglers. This has not only made our charter trips safe and fun but also very productive in landing big fish.
